CASEA supplies moulding plasters for the production of plaster moulds for the ceramic industry according to requirements or application in different designs and qualities. Setting times and expansion in the formulations can be adapted to the plant and mould-specific requirements of the customer. In our laboratories, we are constantly working on the further development of special plasters. Intensive quality assurance is our top priority. With this knowledge, we are able to produce high-quality plasters that satisfy the wishes of our customers.
Cast moulding plasters are particularly sought-after in the ceramics industry. The balanced mixing ratio between beta and alpha hemihydrate ensures high absorbency for the formation of fragments and ensures a long life of the moulds. Due to our variety of products, an optimised product is available for you depending on the ceramic mass and application you require.
These plasters adapt perfectly to any requirements. They are used in the ceramic industry to manufacture casting moulds. The start of hardening and expansion can be adapted to the specific technical requirements.
|Plaster-water ratios||0.80 / 0.78 / 0.76 / 0.74 / 0.72 / 0.70|
|Mixing ratio||1.25 / 1.28 / 1.32 / 1.35 / 1.39 / 1.43|
|Start of hardening (min)||generally 14-16|

Our CKC mould releasing agent is a skin-friendly, pH-neutral emulsion made of pure vegetable oil and aqueous soap solution. It is ideal for models and furnishings made of plastics or synthetic resins or surface-treated plaster moulds. For furnishings with absorbent surfaces (untreated plaster models), we recommend our CKC-S special mould releasing agent.
